I’ve got my forms set up after following your video, but I’m wondering where this info goes in IFS? Do I have to set up custom fields for the questions? Do I link them a special way, or does it recognize them by name? I just did a test with myself and don’t see my answers anywhere.

Hey Jennifer! The questions should be created using custom fields in Infusionsoft so that the data can be stored on the contact record. Hope this helps!

Thanks! For some reason that isn’t working for me. People are being tagged as having answered the questions, but the data isn’t filling in. Time to contact support. 🙂
