great advice. I’d be willing to bet that the lack of a blueprint or documented processes is the root cause of a ton of frustration when working in infusionsoft.

      Yes. Yes. and Yes. šŸ˜‰

Seth – you hit the nail on the head. We refer to it as “blimplementing” (blueprinting and implementing simultaneously)…which should never ever be done. The key is to lay out and blueprint what you want to have happen first before actually implementing.

Such great advice… get the blueprint or plan done before you start building in Infusionsoft….it gives you something concrete to work towards, and it can also expose some areas where you can really improve things in your business…

Agreed. It’s funny how we think it’s a shortcut if we skip steps, but really we’re just making the road longer.

2 key takeaways that I’m really starting to get (heard it too on Brad’s interview on Eventual Millionaire podcast). #1 – close the app and draw it out. #2 – quit trying to use 100% of Infusionsoft, instead focus on using Infusionsoft in 100% of my business.

Yep. Master those 2 and everything else is easy. Literally. šŸ˜‰
